About this vacancy
Internationella Engelska Skolan Liljeholmen is currently seeking a qualified Spanish teacher for school years 4-9. You will be a mentor for a year 9 Class, which involves a shared mentorship for one class, as well as teaching Spanish for school years 6, 7, and 9. This is a fixed term contract from January 26th-May 18th with a full time teaching schedule.
Your Role:
Mentor for a class in school year 9.
Subject teacher in Spanish for classes in school years 6, 7, and 9.
Your Profile:
You are a qualified teacher for the subjects and age groups mentioned above. We hope that you see the importance of creating and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. You are motivated by having regular contact with guardians, leading mentor time activities in line with the mentorship program, and working and collaborating with colleagues in a supportive environment. There is no requirement for previous teaching experience, but we would like you to be secure in your professional leadership, where you can create a safe and stable environment both in and outside the classroom. You value and deliver a personal, clear, and balanced leadership with both control and student engagement in focus. As a teacher, you are a clear and active norm-setter.
