About this vacancy
A Behaviour Assistant is required at IESN in Norrtälje to work part-time or full-time.
This person will be responsible for implementing, amongst students, the very particular IES philosophy of discipline and respect.
IESN is very proud of a quick-fire response to social interaction with students; wherein staff engage in both preventative and progressive social work.
The school rules of quiet corridors, no running inside, no caps and no mobiles is an essential part of our school culture. The Behavior Assistant will be expected to work closely with the Student Union and be visible and proactive in corridors, in the playground and in areas of play and relaxation, where relationships can be created and where bullying and misdemeanours can be prevented.
We are looking for a person who wishes to develop him/herself and who has a strong ambition to make a real contribution to developing our social structure at the school.
